The right shade cover starts with the structure, wind exposure and intended use.
Shade percentage, mesh weight, panel size, edge reinforcement and attachment points should match the location. A cover for parked equipment is not necessarily built the same as a panel stretched over an active work area.
We fabricate replacement and custom shade panels from measurements, drawings or existing samples. We can help identify the information needed before the job is cut and reinforced.

Frequently asked questions
What shade percentage should I choose?
It depends on the application. Lower percentages allow more light and airflow, while higher percentages provide more coverage and privacy. Send photos and explain what you are trying to protect or cool.
Do you build the steel frame?
No. We fabricate the shade mesh panel only. The customer provides the existing frame, final panel measurements and attachment requirements.
Can you copy an old shade panel?
Yes. An existing panel can help confirm the shape, edge construction and attachment layout. We will also verify the final measurements because older mesh can stretch or shrink.
